Teale brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge pertaining to all facets of real estate; since starting in the industry in 2007 and then moving on to own her own Real Estate business in 2011. With experience selling a high volume of properties: tenanted, vacant or owner occupier and working with a large team; Teale combines her love of people with an outstanding skillset, exhibiting excellence in legislation, time management, negotiation, communication, and client liaison. Teale believes the key to being a successful real estate agent is to have a strong sense of empathy and an upbeat personality. These traits along with showing the utmost respect allows her to connect with clients and external stakeholders on a more personal level. Everyone I come in contact with has a story, I believe understanding this story helps me alleviate any concerns quickly and produce an outcome the client is happy with. Teale holds a full real estate license as well as a Diploma in Business; and when not helping sellers and buyers, she enjoys organizing events for the Buderim Foundation, doing social media for the Buderim Dementia Alliance, connecting business women through her Women's only networking group “Like Minded Women” and spending time with her young son. Teale is the Director of Quay Ring Pty Ltd working in conjunction with Amber Werchon Property.
